First time at BurgerFI. I had a Single BurgerFI Cheeseburger and added grilled mushrooms and onions that was really good. Also ordered the fries and onions rings – huge rings had a spicy kick that snuck up on my tongue, delicious! Staff was extremely helpful and very nice. Update: Just ordered two chicken sliders from their new menu, really good! Update - 7/2025: Tried their Lettuce-Bun Chicken Sandwich, crispy, healthy, and delicious!
I went there yesterday (July 4th) and there were only two guys working. The cashier was very friendly and informed us up front what was going on and that there may be a longer wait. I decided to wait, and I applaud their efforts and suburb customer service during what I know was a difficult time. The one guy was very lively and didn't seem stressed at all. Give those two a raise ASAP! They held it down.
