Placed an online order at 7p, they are open till 9, they charged my card, we go to restaurant they are locked and chairs in table you can see the orders through window piling up on the screen, called today once open no answer no voicemail, tried calling corporate had to leave a voicemail, tried calling other locations can’t get through
Placed order through DD the app said the place was open and online said the place was open. They were closed for no apparent reason. Do better burgerfi and update your hours and app.
Ordered the Rodeo burger, Cajun fries and chicken wings. Burger was delicious, large fries were huge! Two of us could barely finish them and chicken wings were extra crispy just the way we like them. Definitely going to order again. BUT do not use the delivery thru the app. They are at the mercy of DoorDash. The individual restaurant does not have a choice. Our food was never delivered - the manager had our food remade and my husband went and picked it up. Thank you Freud for making things right with our order.
First time, last time. Don’t think this place will be around long.
