The service was terrible. Long waits with staff that could care less. Wrong orders without so much as a sorry. The food we as good, if only the service was as well.
For the most part, our food was good… the fries a little too crunchy, about 1/4 of them uneaten due to that. One issue is that we got there just a few minutes after open, but somehow most of the tables were dirty and there weren’t any paper towels in the men’s room. Our main issue was that they had up a sign on the menu that said it was $3 to make it a meal. However, when we got our receipt, it was $5.99. Burger was made fresh but my wait was less than expected. Honestly it set me back about what a burger from Wendy's would cost but it was on a different level. If you like real fries, get the combo. These were very good. I will be back every time I'm in this part of town now and I'm very happy I stopped here. Burger looks cool too, the bun is branded with their logo. This is fast food so don't expect a gourmet burger, it's not a ground ribeye burger from a fancy steakhouse. But as far as fast food burgers go, this is top tier... read more
