I have eaten at burger yard three times now. The food is really good. Love the smash burgers. Three different girls have waited on me and all three girls have leaned against the counter, not looked up, didn't say anything to me when I walked in the door. The place was a mess all three times, food on the tables, dirty floors etc. This place really needs a supervisor/manager to keep these kids moving and working, and teach them customer service. The burger was fresh and juicy and well seasoned! Fries were hot and crispy and also seasoned well. I will be back!
Giving this one star because I couldn’t give zero. Arrived at 2pm on a Sunday. It was not busy, we were the only customers. First impressions were that it was dirty. Tables needed to be wiped down and floors needed to be swept. Menu was small so we were hoping that they keep it simple so they can provide a great product. That was not the case.
