First time I've been there and the food was good but they did forget to make my milk shake so I had to remind them
I’ve had two back-to-back negative experiences attempting to use the drive thru. Wanted to eat local so I went to Major’s and the customer service was top notch.
Ordered the Big Ranch meal asked to substitute a large tator tot since my husband and I were sharing. $23.07 for the one meal!!!! I did add cheese and 2 xtra fry sauces. Used the drive-thru. Got home, there were literally 12 tator tots and that's the large, WHAT THE HECK!!!! Our burger didn't look like real meat and was swimming in sauce. Used to be good several years ago, WON'T GO BACK!!!!!!!
