Get a little “massage” (if you even can call it that. More like force less touch w bare minimum effort) and get handed a bunch of print outs to do the homework at home. Not even sure why you’d have to go there at all.

Let me explain how they run this place. There are a few competent therapists and a lot of incompetent ones. You get to see a competent one in your first session and then the incompetent ones in your next five to six sessions. So you effectively get treated once every six sessions, which costs about $90 out of pocket for me. I requested seeing only the ones I like but was told I couldn't. Terribly run place. The therapist was ok, nothing to write home about. The managing staff, though, is terrible. Hadn't I called in advance of my appointment (which got magically cancelled somehow) I would've just gone there for nothing. Mind you this was after 2 weeks' wait because they were supposedly very busy. Reading the rest of the reviews here, everything makes sense. Stay away if you can.
