I've been going to this clinic for occupational therapy for a few months now and they're very helpful. I especially appreciate my primary occupational therapist, Joanna, and the primary receptionist, Shelley: they've always remembered my name. Overall, I've had a great experience so far.

Disappointing Front Desk Experience Unfortunately, my experience with Burger Physical Therapy in Davis was negatively impacted by the front desk staff. The receptionist was noticeably unprofessional—not just in her tone, but in her demeanor and body language. Her facial expressions made it very clear when she was irritated, which created an uncomfortable environment from the moment I arrived. Get a little “massage” (if you even can call it that. More like force less touch w bare minimum effort) and get handed a bunch of print outs to do the homework at home. Not even sure why you’d have to go there at all.

Let me explain how they run this place. There are a few competent therapists and a lot of incompetent ones. You get to see a competent one in your first session and then the incompetent ones in your next five to six sessions. So you effectively get treated once every six sessions, which costs about $90 out of pocket for me. I requested seeing only the ones I like but was told I couldn't.
