once again I go thru the drive thru with my kids, expecting to get my full order. of course, one of my kids didnt get their nuggets and nobody got fries. to make it worse, we have to go thru the drive thru again?!?!?!?! this is why McDonald's is better. taking Burger King off of my "places to eat" list
hire more staff to help with food prep and cleaning. Have a manager who follows up with grievances.

For one you have to wait in like forever. They have 2 drive thru places to order but only do 1 at a time. I’ve been in like now for about 16 minutes might just leave at this point
