This is ridiculous. I wait in this long line to not get what I ordered. I get back in line to wait in a line that’s even longer!!! SERVICE IS EXTREMELY SLOW.
They never seem able to get it right
slow service. employees more worried about their conversations. always messing up orders. long wait time whether inside or in drive thru. rude employees when it comes to pointing out that they did something wrong. disappointing visit. unfortunately the only bk by my house.

So everything I ordered was wrong on the receipt. The food I received was not even correct, according to the receipt. I called. The phone rang so much, I ended up being disconnected. I called again. Now I drive back. This time, I received a smaller size order of fries. This was an exhausting experience.
Go large. Why. 5 more fries. And no aint eating to black whopper. Im offeneded.
