We're now 3/3 on having our order messed up and food forgotten... This time we even waited 11 minutes in the drive through for them to once again screw up. ��
This is the worst location!! No matter what time it is, or how busy they are the wait is always outrageous!! You can be the only one there and it'll still take 20min! I would know as it just happened to me! Once I got home I found out that they didn't even give me all of my food and the fries were cold. Absolutely ridiculous especially after a 20min wait??! Terrible location, save yourself the trouble and drive down the street a bit to the 120th and Center at least they're efficient.
Typically I do not go to this Burger King because I have had nothing but bad experiences here. Of course the one time I do, they don't prove me wrong. For the love of god don't ask for ranch because they will ask your for your BBQ sauce back so You can get a ranch instead. I told the angry lady I would just get some at the store since it was such an issue and she slammed the window in my face.
Rumor has it a manager sexually assaulted a male employee with a broom handle at this store. I don't know if this is true, but it is sure gaining a lot of publicly on social media. If it's true, I hope the employee presses charges.
