I would like to say that the Texas Double Whopper was delicious and well prepared! The staff, though very busy, were quite attentive and professional. The restaurant was clean and well maintained as far as I could see. I truly appreciate the service and the food since I don't do fast food that often any more. Thank you
Went there to try the new dbz super nugget meal, got everything but the sauce, the only other thing I had ordered from there was a chicken sandwich and onion rings with zesty sauce. Paid extra for the zesty sauce, but didn't get the sauce that was supposed to go with my meal. This has been a major reoccurring thing with this location. Me and my partner would go there and sometimes only order the zesty sauce, and not get it for my partners onion rings.
Sick of customized items not being customized when I receive them. Whopper box was marked as cut in half, not having lettuce, and having light mayo/bbq, when I opened the box the burger was not cut in half, there was so much bbq and mayo the burger was sliding apart the moment I touched it and they gave me Mount Lettuce™ on my damn burger. I used to come here all the time. The last few times I've went the one guy Joey was friendly and great customer service but my food was cold(didn't report). Stopped by for breakfast this morning and got an attitude at the drive thru for not ordering fast enough which literally asked to please give me a moment and five seconds later asked again how can I help you with an attitude. It was a woman idk her name. I left. Step your game up bk.
Ordered double whopper cheese ketchup onion .. Comes with cheese ketchup and mayo disgraceful!!!!
