Took forever, asked for ketchup, cashier said yes turned around handed me the bag, we pulled off, zero ketchup or sauces that they asked us which we wanted, burger had tomatoes that were near white,and no lettuce, fries tasted like fish filet, and chicken fries were shoe string size. Just go to McDonalds across street. Waste of money.
The service here sucks. They have you holding in the line for 10 minutes just to place an order. They still get the order wrong. This may be the slowest burger king in alabama. Poor customer service
We ordered through the drive-thru, one 8 piece mozzarella fry, one 8 piece chicken fry, a small vanilla cone, a rodeo burger, and a medium diet coke. The screen outside was not working, nor did the girl taking the order read it back to us. When we received our food, she had rang us up for two 8 peice chicken fries. When we tell her this isn't correct, she tells us "well that's what she rang up, and that's what we got and slams the window shut." Needs some scrubbing, from the door to the floors, especially in the ladies' restroom.
