Rude. Why is every employee AND manger cussing? Why am I waiting for something and an employee looks at me and says we’re out bye? After I didn’t say one word let alone a rude one. The customer can tell you’re talking bad about them when you look at them turn around and laugh fyi. The teenagers you got working for you are in for a very very rude awakening when they get into the work force the way you let them act. Oh and my food is cold. Very very cold.

At 10 am the floors were not clean. There was visible trash and a film residue of grime on the floor. The bathroom walls were disgusting also. For a well know establishment i expected a certain level of cleanliness and sanitation that clearly was not met. I put paper on the floor in the restroom because it was so nasty. They gave me a burnt bun, and the wrapper containing my whopper was very greasy . The cashier did not hand me my receipt I had to get it myself .Most of the flavors of soda were unavailable. I ended up throwing almost half of the burger away . Worst experience in fast food in my life .
