That flame broiled burger!
Ordered no tomatoes, must've thought I wanted to take them off myself. Fries were "dirty" from needing to change the fryer oil. Disappointed.
The food isn't terrible, but the inside of the establishment is NEVER clean! The tables and floors are always sticky, and the play area is a sespool of germs. Both times my kids played there they ended up sick. I'm seriously on the envelope abot ever coming back.
What the heck. 20 minute wait for a burger and fries! They were steady but definitely not busy.
No more next time eating here. Completed survey and no response. Ate April 7, 2018 about 2pm and drunks were in first booth by the door as usual but this time passing a bottle under the table. Then they were begging for money even in the play area and wouldn't take no for an answer. Totally unacceptable. My next call is to corporate, posting on other local sites, etc
Just came to get some lunch on the west side around 2:30 was not happy at all. The customer service was very disappointing didn't even greet us with a hi how are you Mostly when it was the manager that took our order. When standing waiting for my food you can hear the cooks taking crap about the customer saying they need to hurry up order or get the f*** out of the store. We go here a couple of times a week because there isn't many options in the area. Many times the have been "out of grilled chicken" for salads at night, simply because I don't think they want to make it. Tonight (12/10) we are greeted by a sign saying that they are out of hamburgers. Burger King. Out of burgers. BURGER King. You're guys' reviews across every site are horrible. Please get you shit together. I have to thank you for one thing, you have nudged us over the edge of cooking at home.
