Was sitting at the drive thru waiting more than 10 minutes and it wasn’t even busy or packed. The car behind me was taken care of before me! Very unprofessional service from them!!!
Waited inside at the counter for over about 20 minutes while the GM stood in the back and only had two people working and only taking drive through orders so when I asked to order cause I’ve been standing here for 20 minutes the GM proceeded to tell me that I have not been standing there so I said you’ve been in the back you couldn’t see me I was then told to stop being smart and that I need to leave the store to me just sounds like a lazy worker who don’t want to do their job not to mention I work on the navy base across th... read more
Can't even put an order in the only person inside waiting and they ignore me for 20 mins while only doing drive through worst service I've had in a while and thats saying something and the gm is the rudest lady I've ever met no wonder its a terribly rated restaurant! Will never be back and will tell everyone I know not to go!!
You need to hire people. Never got my order taken so I ended up leaving after waiting for over 10 mins. While I was in there waiting to order everyone's orders were messed up. Do not plan on ever going back to this location.
