This has happened so many times at this store I had to write this. I was the only person in the drive through at 11AM. Placed my order, pulled up, paid, and was asked to pull forward. I asked why since nobody was behind me, and was told ‘we’re on a timer’. So I pulled forward and started a stop watch. After 10 minutes I finally went in. There were 4 people in the restaurant and everyone was waiting for food.
