Ordered a BK King with mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickle and extra onion and being charged extra for this "special" order only to get it home and just have mayo, ketchup and bacon. I’m normally never one to Karen things. HOWEVER, shelbyville Burger King, get ya life together. I’m not sure how many times I’ve gone though there and they either aren’t serving at that hour but are open or they are serving but only accepting cash. Burger King has good fries but I came here one time and got a drink and my straw smelt like a mouse or something so yah I didn’t go back there again !!
I am sick and tired of trying to do business with you people! You NEVER get my order right. I just left your store and got home, on a farm 16 miles away, and realized you didn't give me my 20 piece chicken nuggets I had ordered. I am not driving all the way back into town for that today. I love this place! They are always so kind and friendly! The workers have worked so hard to stay open during this pandemic that we are going through! They always make sure my order is right and if not they fix it without issues. Plus I have gotten to know a few of them just by coming through drive thru and having short conversations! Morning shift is definitely my ladies! Y’all rock! ♥️ sincerely, vanilla iced coffee lady lol 😂
