horrible service at the Elmira Road in Vacaville Burger King, the lady got my order wrong from beginning to end. There was a leak in my sundae and they put both of the ice creams on the same side of the tray. So when I went to set the tray down on table it fell on the floor upside down and my sundae's were ruined. Also the customer in front asked for water he didn't have enough money to pay for it. Had the King XL, it was awful,gray meat and very dry, nothing like the commercial. The customer service is great though.
