The cooks make the food great. The lady in front that deals with customers needs to be replaced though. She is very rude, not focused on getting orders completed. Witnessed and recieved horrible customer service. Confrontational. Verbally agrressive. I do believe her name starts with a Y (nametag). Beyond retraining.
*** PLEASE READ I went to this particular Burger King on August 31st 2026 at about 10:15 p.m. there was an older woman working who looked Hispanic. She was the ONLY woman working at BK that night and she was rude. Made me feel horrible for having a coupon. I asked her if I could get onion rings instead of french fries because my mother is allergic to potatoes. I even said I'll pay the difference. She said "We can't do that because it's a coupon." They are really rude and struck bad service
Super slow drive-through service. Plenty of personnel at the time of service.
