I don’t appreciate being screamed at while I’m trying to place my order, and I definitely don’t appreciate having my food tossed at me from the window. In some areas, that’s considered battery, and I won’t tolerate it. That jerk should be fired at the very least!
2 not great experiences.... ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches- only one was spicy! Second visit went for breakfast- asked to get a slice of tomato on my sandwich, was told no, tomatoes aren’t ready yet.... how hard is it to go slice one? I woulda waited an extra minute. The one by my house does it for me all the time!
just came back with my order from Burgerking in Cape Coral FL near Pine Island and Santa Barbara. my chicken tenders are NOT TENDER. they are hard as a brick and dry like jerky. completely inedible.
I was in a rush for something to eat while working at the shop. I swung in and ordered a Double Whopper combo. I pulled to the window and they took my money and handed me my drink it was full to the top. The bad news is the plastic lid wasn't locked on and half of it dumped on me and the center console. That was a mess. So then I drive back to the shop and low and behold I got a single Whooper. You had one job to do and you screwed it up. I pull in to get something to eat. I am Trying to place my order and the clerk keeps interrupting me for a coupon code. I can’t get the order out. It took 4 times. Then I get the order and pay for it and she gives me incorrect change - too much. I try telling her she didn’t give me the correct change. I try and explain mathematics to her. Nope dumber than. A common core educated rock! I tell her have fun making up the cash you couldn’t count. WTAF.
Just went to BK and will not go back to this location. Went through the drive thru, ended up missing an item so I went in. The staff was rude and unprofessional, all of them. Said that they knew they made the sandwich and placed “it in A bag”. I explained that I check my bags twice and was missing the sandwich. They remade the sandwich but continued to imply that I was lying about not having the sandwich.
