Really disappointed in the service there. Was told they were out of Whoppers. No apology. No offer of a free Whopper in the future to make up for it. It was like no one cared about an upset or disappointed customer. I understand things happen. But make an effort to care and take care of your customers.
waited 20 minutes for my food
Terrible service received today. Called the corporate office and they don't care either. Got the okay that they would mail me a voucher for a free whopper. I am hungry now for what I was willing to pay for. Michael is the worst manager. Kids let's go to Mcd. I know why BK will never catch them....It's no the food...it's the service!!

stopped by tonight to get a few whoppers with cheese and 4 large fries and got a couple bags of cold crap! service was almost non-existent, the kid at the counter acted like he was spaced out on drugs, the girls running the place appeared to be carrying on some sort of social commentary on customers in the drive-thru. There was only four people in the restaurant eating and they were crew members and family/friends of crew members.
