Never fails to be disappointing.
We went to the drive thru on 6/6 lunchtime. I ordered the $4 whopper jr combo that was a special but it showed as $4.79 on the screen! When I questioned it at the order window the woman told me the extra was for "sugar and caffeine" when I looked at the receipt the $.79 was removed at the bottom. Nothing was said to me. And the Jr whopper was cold. I had not been there in a long time and won't be back.
food always cold.so unsatisfied with these restaurants in delaware.too bad we didnt get a culvers or steak n shake.
somehow managed to screw up my food on multiple levels, got a whopper with no lettuce or tomato managed to put it as no lettuce and onion. cleared that up at the window. i get my sandwich and it has no lettuce tomato or onion and added bacon, and mustard in return that ruined the sandwich due to my HATING bacon. i was unaware how hard it was to make a decent sandwich! its not rocket science
Brooklyn the girl taking orders told my 5 year old to "make up her mind." When I talked with the manager she just walked away from me. It was frigid cold inside the restaurant. The woman in front of me said she was in there 5 minutes before anyone took her order. The place was a ghost town. What on earth are they doing in there besides disrespecting people?
The only thing was the sweet tea wasn't sweet tea it was plain
Worst service ever got our order wrong 3 nights in a row and then the manager was nasty when we called on the 3rd night..I would give them less than 1 if possible.
