Couldn't serve part of the menu, forgot food, and had to wait 8 minutes after ordering for food to be brought out. Been disappointed a few times at this location for breakfast now

Fast and Friendly service and the foods always good.
I give zero stars. I went here a couple weeks ago spent $40 my food was horrible. Food is already expensive and to spend that much and get disgusting old cold food.I sent in a complaint online only to never get a response after giving them my receipt information. I then later emailed and asked about why I haven’t heard back and they said they didn’t get my complaint, but wanted my receipt which I didn’t keep because I had already gave that information from my receipt during the initial online complaint.
