It was a horribly long wait, and food is rarely ready. There's always an additional wait. Nearly every Burger King is the same.
My husband went inside and they were clean however, the service was slow and someone was sitting on the counter not sure if it was an employee on break or a customer but it was not appropriate . I turned around and left.
The ladies who work the drive through in the morning are so friendly and are always in a good mood. They make the morning a pleasant experience. I have never been to a BK where the workers were this friendly! I believe one of the ladies is named Laurie :) EDIT on 9/3/2026- Everything in my review about the morning stands true but the afternoon and evening is different. This review is about Kymir and KYMIR ONLY! Kymir deserves a shoutout. He was exceptionally kind, polite, and professional. He double-checked my order for accuracy and treated me with genuine respect by addressing me as “ma’am.” His customer service was outstanding and honestly far exceeded what Ive ever experienced from Burger King.
