Horrible place! The GM lets people with Covid and other sicknesses work and then it spreads through the whole store. She keeps it from all other employees! Even has Covid test hidden in the office so she can test people after they have already worked sick for a few days!! Went to Burger King in Stevensville this evening to redeem our kids free King Jr meal coupons that they earned for the Cubs Kid reading program last school year. When we went to to order they said the coupon number was not in the system and told us to come to the second window. We were stuck in the drive thru and it was busy so we waited about 30 minutes to get to the window. When Long John Silvers would not stand by their $4.99 mealS coupon we made the best decision...... Go to Burger King!!! and we had an amazing meal made by some friendly staff! Everything was great tasting and fresh! Thanks for a great meal!
Just had the freshest whopper. Nice and warm with fresh crisp tomato, lettuce and onion. I only swing in here about 3 times a year traveling, but the food has always been good and I've never had a complaint about the service.
First bad experience, went through the drive thru and spent nearly 20$ on 2 meals, and got yelled at for asking for more ranch, and had my food basically shoved at me, second time, was a little better, except the night manager got huffy puffy with me just for asking for lettuce on the side of a sandwich for my son, then never even got my daughters food, but didn't realize until we all the way home, called and spoke to the ONE nice young man and happily took down my name and number for me to get the food i originally ordered ... read more
went through the drive thru got no receipt. noticed my 2 kids meals had no fries or drink. went inside and waited at counter to get missing items and the blonde lady at the counter got snippy and said that's not what I ordered even though my husband did order them. she then gave me the fries and and rolled her eyes. I asked for the kids drinks and she slammed open the cooler and started saying I was pushing it with the freebies. I literally just wanted the items I ordered.
Other than the young man who took my money I'd say you need to hire some employees that actually put some kind of effort into putting an order together. Onion rings so cold I'd guess they were laying on a tray somewhere. Order a cheeseburger with extra mayo..i get no mayo..3 large tomatoes slices a piece of cold cheese thrown on the bun. Thrown in the bag..looking like it's already been used.. No effort right there �
