Manager that drives the black S UV will custom swear 3rd employees and customers swear their customers she drives a black SUV GMC license plate EMR R54 = no management should be cussing and swearing at customers or their employees this happened in Hudsonville Michigan shame on this woman for being a manager acting this way. imagine how many other people she does is too and she thinks she can get away with this Burger King corporate needs to deal with this immediately
I just learned that my uncle and his dog came through your drive through for breakfast on July 23, as he has most every morning for many years now. He was told that day by the manager not to come back because his dog barks. This is unacceptable. I promise to boycott all Burger Kings until my uncle receives an apology.
Went to the drive thru today and the food was terrible. Well done nuggets that tested like they had been sitting for hours and a small fry that had 12 luke warm fries.

Recommendedwe usually love this Bk. but this time the food very old! I understand the wait because of few workers. but to give out old, chewy chicken and fries is so not cool. on the other hand we were missing our jalapeno bites. I called and the gentleman said he will put more in fresh. he had good customer service. I appreciate that. just try to watch how old your food is.

Ordered 10 tacos... all I heard was the cook complaining and swearing about doing his job. No other customers in there either. I will probably not come back again. Just thought management should know because this probably isn’t the first time it’s happened.

Girl at the drive thru ignored me for 10 minutes, then they had 2 out of 4 burgers wrong and no sauce for the nuggets. Ugh.
