well went there tonight around 815 to 830ish. had to wait for my order to be taken then on top of it didnt get 2 of my burgers that was ordered. then called to complain and got put on hold to hear the employees cussing for 8mins. something needs done.

Evidentally a double cheese burger only comes with one piece of cheese? This is news to my ears, hence the name " double cheese". Not very go od customer service at all!
my boyfriend got a burger from there and the patty wasn't even on the sandwich when he unwrapped it and it was split in half. we were the only car in the drive thru. Maybe one or two cars parked so definitely not busy. this was us giving this burger king a second chance. weeks ago I went and bought some cheese burgers and all my buns were burnt to a crisp! they were burned black and tasted nasty.
Not friendly asked for ice coffee they handed me small cup that looked kids size. I'm thinking really??? Then asked for veggie burger plain and the lady fixing it started to go crazy like they don't want nothing on it like woman I'm standing right here not my fault if the girl ringing it up screwed up and rang the wrong burger��� not going back there����
