went through drive thru today. neither drive thru employee were wearing masks. I asked the manager Reno why he wasn't wearing a mask and he said " Don't worry I'm clean." This was not funny nor professional thing to say. And I do believe your right to do business hinges on the COVID guidelines the health department has placed on all companies.
RecommendedLobby is open if you want something besides drive thru. Food is good and reasonably priced.
If you wanna listen to management scream at and belittle her employees in front of customers and witness them cry, (which apparently is a normal occurrence), go support your local Burger King. I myself will be taking action and will never be going back. I'm disgusted at this behavior and pray this woman never works in customer service again.
The manger doesn’t believe in Covid-19 and will not have their staff wear masks. If you would like to get infected stop in. If you don’t avoid! And if you call to complain the manager is rude as hell and hangs up on you.
Horrible Horrible service. The food is good but unfortunately the service is horrible. They can’t seem to get a order right or get the right person there order at the window. I know no one is perfect but at this burger king no one is even competent!
This is the third time that they got my order wrong and of course I didn't know until I drove away from the place I ordered a Whopper jr. no lettuce no cheese what do I get a Whopper Junior with lettuce and cheese
I thought the service was pretty good. Cashier was friendly. We got our food fast, hot, and correct.
