I waited over 5 minutes for someone to even try to take my order, then once he did I attempted to speak and he's cutting me off, being super rude and essentially not letting me add more to my order beyond the first thing because he "can't hear me"(pretty sure y'all wanna make more money, not less). I was just in the drive thru getting my son breakfast and waited about 4 minutes for cheeses tots (I assume) after paying at the first window. No complaints. Nobody ever came to the window to say it will be a minute. When they finally came I asked for a water and got the most blatant eye roll ever. No attempt to hide it. My son even commented. Missed part of my order and when I called and asked to have my missing items replaced and a new fry since I had to drive all the way back to have it replaced, the manager on duty was completely rude about replacing my now ice cold fries telling me they would only replace my missing item and not replace my fries. Complete lack of customer service. As a former manager of McDonald’s we would have replaced and even upgraded the order based on their mistake. Typical restaurant today- not enough competent help to serve the customers - which to me shows incompetent management
They forgot my husband’s fries, my burger was underdone and my daughter’s chicken nuggets were also not done. This surprised me since we usually had good service and quality during past visits. Very unhappy!!
Tell me why it says you're open until 1 am and I went at 12:05 and nobody was serving us at the drive thru there was a line of cars and nobody responded to any of them.
YOU GUYS ARE DISGUSTING PIGS!! My daughter’s chicken fries had one dead fly. You guys grab the fries on top with your bare ass hands! I don’t know where your hands have been and you don’t even wear gloves! Staff is unprofessional, standing there chatting and cussing instead of actually working! Fast food or not.
