Not acceptable. 2am ordered food. Burger is cold, no bacon on it as ordered, gave me a cold whopper instead of a bacon cheeseburger. I guess it’s too much work to actually give us what we actually ordered. Cookies were cold and hard too, in which they almost forgot. Good thing I checked to only get old cookies. Need to do better! Not worth the money, time, or gas.
