BK on Bridge st in Lowell, got to be one of the worst Burger Kings....Sad thing is, my old supervisor still works there. Morning people aren’t too bad. This one hard working girl that works the drive thru and the front in the morning is awesome! But they are soo slow, don’t listen to the customers, food always wrong! No manners, Just hands you the food without saying a word. I don’t get how these people get hired if they have no social skills. Guaranteed the drive thru times are waaaay passed 3 minutes.
Today 12/5/18 Ordered 2 double whopper meals and quiet a few other foods. Both patties on 1 double whopper which happened to be mine was RAW. My husband took it back and they replaced it with new ones and both of those were RAW. Angry doesn’t even cover it. WTH is going on that they can’t even cook a patty properly. Go back to serve safe classes. Unacceptable.! 😡🤢 If I get sick there will be hell to pay.

WORST BURGER KING EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Super slow service wether it's drive thru or dine in! Don't bother asking for no onions cause you'll still get them, they forget to give my drink every time and since I'm in a rush I just let it go. Only reason I come back to this one is because I love the coupons in the BK app and this is the only one near me.
Public health will be called on this location today due to the incident where a customer opened the door and almost slipped on feces. No sign outside the door stating this bathroom was out of order . A wet floor sign inside the bathroom is not effective if the feces touches almost the door . There are pictures and videos that will be sent along with the report . Horrible service! My sister in law went to the bathroom and slipped on water and feces walking in on the first step. There was no caution wet floor sign in front of the bathroom door. Only inside once she already fell. The general manager Ana Martinez yelled at her saying it was her fault. I hope people read this steer clear of this place!!!
Service sucks! No ketchup! Wanted to charge me 50 cents for a 2nd syrup for pancake's! & 50 cents for zesty dip! Also when i ordered i asked for bacon,egg&cheese breakfast sandwiches i get sausage! @ 930am! Wake up & Drink your FUCKING COFFEE! They dont understand ENGLISH!!!!
