Got the original chicken sandwich and it was old as methuselah 🤢 I understand things are much different with the way restaurants have to operate nowadays but there’s no excuse for such poor quality food. Fries and onion rings were cold and dry as well. Won’t return to this location.

my wife received the wrong order yesterday so they said they would keep the receipt and replace it. They lost the receipt I pulled up called my wife to get the order from yesterday. Burger King didn't answer the phone. I went around again, told them the oder and waited. got home and they didn't have the oder right this the either. 20 minutes for them to fix a problem and get it wrong again.
RecommendedI had a problem with my order through the app and the Manager spent several hours on the phone fixing it for me and was very polite and apologetic the entire time.
Service is always slow, waited 10 min for 4 dollar menus items. Hotter than hell in the dining room, employee said AC hasn't worked in over a month, WTF!!!
Omg, this is aweful!!, dried out chicken nuggets... Cold bacon cheeseburgers....I'm beginning to think this BK's sole purpose is so we appreciate eating at home!!... Never again!!!!
