Im so angry. I went in and ordered and my food was wrong. They didntry to correct it but i was upset because i couldnt eat and watch my phone or order a ride because their wifi doesnt work. And cant tap to pay either with no wifi connection for my phone and i also couldnt use my app due to the wifi. Please fix this, even mcdonalds has free wifi for the guest
We order a simple Chrissy chicken and double whopper and both were cold and onion rings and mozzarella sticks cold and stale. Did I mention even the drink was wrong and couldn’t put store number because it was covered by sticker. Last time ordering from them unless I can go and watch them make it thanks nasty king. Yuck
Dashers/Uber, expect a lot of wait time for the orders. Very hostile work environment. Even the dashers look at each other when "someone" starts throwing/slamming stuff. I get that it is overwhelming, but please don't show your customers how much you loathe the place you work at. It's not good for business. I rated service a 3 cause not all of the workers share this attitude. Hopefully someone will look at the ratings and use it to improve.
Move over Mcdonalds, the "shake lady" Melissa was so amazing! Went close to closing time in the drive-thru and she provided the best service and energy no doubt! Everyone place needs a Melissa on their team! <3 will be stopping by more regularly!
