The food is not fresh and the cup water should be free..
we went to the drive thru, a young man came out and told us they were having issues that if we went inside he could take care of us. we asked him how long of a wait it would be and he told us approximately 6 minutes. so we went inside and placed our order. 15 minutes later they gave our order to someone else. we sat for another 10 minutes waiting. a young girl who was on break went to check on our order for us. she told us they were getting us fresh jalapeno cheese bites now. they gave us our food and sais sorry. we drove th... read more

Had absolutely the rudest manager I have ever seen in my life. Was yelling at customers or when someone would go through the drive through she would take their order then turn her mic off and call them names. As well as constantly yelled at her other employees in front of customers. I will never be eating here again
Went to pick up an order I placed during business hours only to get to the drive thru and no one answered. watched them help the person in front of me then magically disappear. I drove around the building looking for signs of life and saw what looked like 2 people on a smoke break then creep back in to the building. I checked the doors for signs saying something...anything! and nothing. I called and got a voicemail to which they apparently never check. Got sick after eating here! I absolutely do not recommend going to this Burger King! Just go to McDonald’s instead and you won’t get sick. !
Oh my god. This new philly king cheese burger is an embarrassment to any native of or anyone associated with Philadelphia, PA. The $6 burger only had cheddar cheese and onions. These two onions were nearly raw, crunchy and not sautéed or grilled at all. I asked the manager why the few onions and why wasn’t the onions grilled?
