cold food iIhave been and been to this establishment loads of times and the food is always cold.No matter how many times I have complained nothing is done about it. PROS: convenient location CONS: cold food and some unfriendly workers.

I never leave reviews,especially negative ones. However, I stopped by to get a burger really quick for lunch. Once I got through the drive through I realized my burger was wrong. (honestly, no big deal we all make mistakes) I go in to swap my burger and while waiting to be waited on I noticed a cook in the back throwing burgers together with out gloves on. I did an online order tonight. I get to the window and the manager, Kyle, tells me that they are closing in 30 minutes. Closing time is 11. I go through at 9:55. So #1 Kyle lied to me. #2. Instead of giving me the rest of my order that I paid for on the app Kyle tells me that I get none of my food and have to dispute my transaction online. Come On Kyle the king would be disappointed in your poor management skills!

second time I have went there and whopper isnt cooked all way. tried to call back and they wont answer. Spent 14.67 today and cant eat the food.

Unfortunately this location gets worse every time I go. I ask for an original chicken sandwich no lettuce “a little extra mayo” because if you don’t ask them there’s hardly any on it. Well needless to say there was soooo much mayo I couldn’t even pick it up and eat it. Jeez. The drive thru workers are for the most part-well I don’t want to say rude but lack personality for working with the public. A nice hey how ya doin. Thanks have a good day! Would go a long way. Grilled chicken - The chicken was the size of a half dollar coin. No exaggeration. It was a thin piece of chicken leather that I could not chew. It literally didn’t cover 1/3 of the bun. This was a scrap that should have been discarded, not served to the public. Had I not been back at work when I opened it, I would have returned it. Unfortunately, this quality of food is what I have received the past 3 times I’ve been to this location over the past few months. I’ve learned my lesson.

I went and ordered two chicken busicut meals for me and my mother with sweet teas to drink. The busicuts were dried and the sweet tea sucked!!! I really used to love eating at Burger King but now not so sure...
