Frostburg Burger King you are horrible for service!!! We ordered off the app, showed up & a couple things we ordered ain't even "on your menu" anymore..... Than why the hell is it still on the app?!?!? Than I'm on the phone through my truck, the guy comes out to give me the stuff. He says have a nice day & I just smiled and took the bags. He literally waited for me to acknowledge him & to top it off they said we'd get a cookie instead of applesauce.... Not even in our bag.
Waited forever for food that takes less than 6 min to cook from raw. I’m then it was wrong. I’m never going to this bk again!!!!
Used a coupon and was yelled at to tell them about coupon ahead of time. then proceeded to slam the window shut when I apologized. he was very rude
don't know about you but I like to takes the "meat" , cheese, lettuce, tomato ,,,,, not JUST MAYO because you put way to much on the burger,,,,, so much the bun gets soaked and breaks apart before you eat half
Wish there was a place to sit outside.Traveling with dog and it was a pretty day. Plus they forgot to give me my drink.
Unfortunately I can't give a zero rating. Just ordered 4 sausage-egg-cheese croissants... received 3. Didn't discover this until we were back on the road. Hope you enjoyed the sandwich I paid for. Geniuses.... SMDH
How am I supposed to eat this? Luke warm breakfast I've dealt with a few times, but to open a biscuit that is in 10 or so pieces - i guess I should have asked for a fork :(
