took them three times to get my sandwich right and I wanted it plain! easy as it gets! Then had attitude and made jokes when I was upset. I apologise I have food allergies dude wow. time to restaff.
Ordered two cheeseburgers, two whopper meals and an original chicken sandwich. ALL of the food was cold, excepting the fries, received one and a half hamburgers with no cheese to be found anywhere.... I say one and a half because one of them only had half of a burger patty even on the bun. I LOVE paying for things I don't even receive. This one of the worst places in kato. Treated rude by them. Orders wrong dozen of times. Treated like ordering food is an inconvenience for them. Never going back. Hope they just close.
Ordered and paid for a four piece mozzarella sticks and instead got four cheese hashrounds in a bag.
Another order they screwed up..that's 4 times I've gone here and only got half what I ordered..go someplace else I'm done with this didn't get my burger queen
Did get the order right! My husband didn’t even get his food!!
