I had to wait for 20 min to order and there was only 1 car ahead waiting at the order screen waiting to order and one car waiting to get their food. The car before me was told the car in front had a big order and when I got to order they said that they are short staffed so we had to wait. When we finally got our food the burger were cold. The buns were also sitting outside moisture in the bag.
OMG! Dining room is closed, one car at drive up window and two at speaker in front of me. Only taking the orders after the car at the window would leave. When I got to the speaker to order, I was told they were backed up and would be with me as soon as she possibly could. Again only one car in front of me at the window. How can you be backed up with only one order? They don't deliver and dining room is dark. being the fourth car inline it took 20+ minutes to get through this small line. ways to improve you ask? they can't. this place is undeserving of its location all due to staff. simple orders over and over they fail. health hazard! and not due to covid. never thought I'd say this nor speak up. but it should be shut down.
6 cars in front of me and it took over 40 minutes to get my food. I will never again go to this Burger King again in Princeton MN.
The lady hands out what is suppose to be a vanilla iced coffee and says “sorry it might be mocha, nothing in my fridge is labeled.” It was definitely mocha. If I wanted mocha, I would have ordered it.... you should probably double check before handing stuff out the window.

I would not even rate it at 1 star but you have to pick 1 to leave a review THIS PLACE NEEDS SERIOUS TRAINING.....!!!!!
It was vary delicious and the service was really amazing
Only fast food with Veggie Burgers and fries are awesome. People are very nice and friendly. Very clean.
