Wonderful service and the food was super good! We live in Brainerd and have stopped here 2 times in our way to the cities, with times we had a great experience. Crew all deserve raises!
Food was fine, the customer service from a shift supervisor was lacking, rude, and quite frankly disrespectful. To the shift manager on duty named 'Tiff' that would rather talk trash behind customers backs (even though they are in earshot of your complaints). Maybe you should step down from a shift lead position and back to crew because clearly you aren't fit to be management material.
