4/25/23 2:45 pm. Very literally, the worst customer service experience I've had in Castle Rock in nearly 20 years! My son and I walked into the dining room and, with the exception of one other table of two, were the only ones in the restaurant. We waited at the register somewhere between 5-7 minutes for an employee to come over (at this point, we were primarily waiting out of sheer curiosity).
