I was missing my frys at the drive through.
It's been a lot better lately as of 2026. I can say since then I haven't had any issues and everything's been better
I am 1/2 mile away and ordered my uber order right before closing. The entire order except the jalapeno poppers were old and cold. Fries limp and undercooked. They just gave me crap and closed the doors. I do not want to talk to the GM, I want to discuss this locations with the area supervisor and let them know about this issue and the fact that they don't even open on time in the a.m.
The fries were gross and had sooooooo much salt and the container was hardly full and same with the onion rings. Couldn't even eat the fries or onion rings. Got a milkshake and was only halfway full.... when asked to fill it up they wouldnt. Crappy service and a rip off!
