4/25/23 2:45 pm. Very literally, the worst customer service experience I've had in Castle Rock in nearly 20 years! My son and I walked into the dining room and, with the exception of one other table of two, were the only ones in the restaurant. We waited at the register somewhere between 5-7 minutes for an employee to come over (at this point, we were primarily waiting out of sheer curiosity). beef there burgers are unprecicatble. Sometimes good and somtimes not. This restaurnat is not the cleanest. The prices are high for fast food. The staff can be slow.
so so place the prices are quite high for fast food. The tables are sometimes clean. The staff is slow and not always friendly. The restrooms are somtimes stocked and clean.
bad customer services Terrible!! Everytime I ask for the kids toys. They would not provide the new toys that they posted every new toys on their walls and windows. They should provide the same toys to the kids whenever they post it on the wall or window. They would not like to appreciate and to satisfy what the customer wants. Their customer service really sucks! Very selfish!! No napkins provided on the counters and no ketcup provided. We have been to this location several times since opening and it continues to get worse just 10 minutes ago we drove back with our order which was completely wrong , they remade sent us on our way, we checked the bag and wrong again, third time order right but bread was stale and meal was a waste of our hard earned money. We will think twice about giving them business in the future , manager on site did not apologize or even care!
