Waited 5 minutes before they took order. Took my money fast at the first window. Then another 20 minutes before we moved to 2nd window. Then 10 more minutes before we were handed a drink. It was close to a 40 minute drive thru visit. One of the burgers was pink and cold. Last visit for us. Stared at SONIC across the street wishing I could turn back time.
What I’m really complaining about is the sauce is different!! The only reason I even like Burger King is for the sweet n sour. Now it’s nasty! Change it back
Whenever I visit that restaurant, I have a bad service experience, incomplete or incorrect order.
Can’t even answer the phone. My burger came with a cockroach
