agree with the slow service in my experience it doesn't seem to matter which Burger King in SHV or Bossier City; lost count of the number of times I simply gave up and left without ordering or actually pulled out of a drive-up line; I've sworn off of BK, but stopped recently in desperation for lunch on a hectic day, same bad service, I ended up down the street at Sonic. PROS: If you get food, it's good CONS: service
Slow Service I work down the street from this Burger King & I refuse to go back there. I love their food, but everytime I go I have to wait 30-45 minutes for my order and there have been several ocassions that they didn't have what I ordered (onion rings & certain sauces). PROS: Great tasting food CONS: you need not be in a hurry to get it
This location has improved alot the customer service is alot better and so is the food.
