My first visit to this store in some time. It will be my last. Very unprofessional staff. Slow service. Poor food quality. Dirty kitchen area.

Waited in line 20 minutes, never got to order, guy in front of us reported waiting 40 minutes, this was after we had left and went across the street to McDonald’s, the guy ended up at McDonald’s as well and told us the manager didn’t even want to give his money back after his order was wrong. I have been going here for the past few months. The staff are always friendly, work well, and have a great attitude. The impossible whopper is amazing and the Air Whopper was unbelievable. Haha!

I went to Meriden burger king the order takers name's was Tanisha pleasant on head set but rude at the window burgers were cold and only half a meat on 1 sandwich I recommend to stay away from this location Meriden ct
