We t to drive thru, they shorted me two orders of fries, went into the counter and told them, the girl gave me a bag, I asked are there two orders of fries in there, she said yes, walked back to the car and there was was only one. Had to make another trip back to the counter. Guess I should have held everybody up in the drive thru until I checked!

The girl who took my order was very nice.... the one who handed me my food was rude very bad customer service! Ive worked in fast food and customer service for 20 years + and she was very unprofessional! I asked for an extra bbq and she had attitude and told me they are 20 cents a piece with an attitude! I just spent $20+ and there was not enough for all the chicken nuggets we got! Very disappointed
JFK location in Dubuque, Iowa always has the app/ online ordering system shut down / any offers will not work and you are forced to pay full price for an offer and won’t honor price on app. Turn your internet ON!
