Twice now I have asked for fresh onion rings and fries and just get brushed aside...won't be going back....your place has gone way down hill...
We visit this place about three times a month. It has gone down hill lately. There is a gal who does drive who is short with dark hair and she needs to slow down and listen to the order. If you mention the mistake she gets very pissy with you. We have notice that every single time we go they the drive they our order is messed up and especially the drink order. Work on getting it right the first time to make is a great customer service experience.
Slow service. food was ok
Just threw away half my food because the employees thought it was perfectly acceptable to sweep right next to where we were trying to eat. Then hey find ants and yell about it, and THEN use a spray to spray them, again, right next to where people are trying to eat. Didn’t ask us to move, didn’t even care. Try training your employees at least a little.
Just wish they would stop adding onion when I ask for no onion! Thanks
The food when we got it was good and made to order but it took 10 minutes when there was no line inside. The people behind us took longer I'm not sure if there is not enough staff or if some one was on break or what but the wait was ridiculous.
Hey Burger King! I coach flag football, and yesterday my co-coach decided to take our team to Burger King to get ice cream since it was so hot outside. We are the Bills and the boys were all wearing their jerseys yesterday. When we walked in to Burger King, a gentleman who works there told the boys that the Bills were his favorite team, and paid for all of their ice cream.
