What a shit show. 30 minutes stuck in the drive thru and they won’t park anyone. We are all just stuck while they fail at everything

The stuff was incredibly rude. They cannot be bothered to take your order when you have a custom order. They do not restock products like coke zero or any diet beverages. The worker dropped my coffee and then pointed at me very rudely instead of addressing me by name, as he did every other customer. The lobby were filled with back to back tweakers and they basically went in and out of the bathroom like a revolving door. the food was "okay" fries were cold and the burritos half empty.
