RecommendedLate night pick up order, everything was fresh and correct. I have to say, my Whopper Jr was really outstanding.
we came into eat lunch today and there was no clean tables. the floor was all sticky by the soda machine. when i asked the gal working counter to come wipe the tables down she looks at me like she has no idea what im saying and then when she did she only wiped the 1 table off we were sitting at and food was on the bench. my husband had to end up wiping the bench off. Just a terrible experience.
Lobby was absolutely disgusting, my shoes were sticking to the floor. No Tea or napkins. One of the Managers just waved at us to come get our food like dogs. Burger was dry and fries were cold and old. Went up and asked for a refund.
cold food they be giving out that’s just been sitting there whopper wasn’t even hot cheese wasn’t even melted fires tasted like they been sitting there awhile 👎👎👎
Let me tell you that when a person comes to your establishment and spends their hard earned money to feed their family and you give them old hard chicken fingers that's Not good customer service!! I'm truly disappointed! Will not be back!
FYI, your drive-through customers can hear you making fun of them through the windows. Thank you for making me feel like I was in elementary school again this morning. Never coming back.
Cold nasty fries with cold hamburger and hard buns! Yuck!!! Should have went with Spangles across the street. The lobby was freezing cold as well!:(
Apparently they did not have whopper so I could not use the coupon. Really disappointed !!!
