The gal that waited on me was so sweet. However, the manger who was on duty 10/19 5:30pm when I went through the drive through, I waited at the window for 3-4 minutes for my food, the manager was on her phone looking at what appeared to be Facebook or scrolling through emails. The employees were rushing trying to take care of the customers while she did nothing. I felt pretty sorry for the employees. It was not their fault. Lights and everything still on at 2 am today and they did not answer the drive thru plus I'm a regular customer poor service altogether tonight
I hate that I ordered my whopper with cheese, was charged for cheese but didn’t get any cheese. Disappointed
They rarely can make change, card only, coffee machine is always down,and again today they were out of Coca-Cola.. again.. all of these things fall under management and appears they can’t handle even the basics.
Once again they only had one employee so they would not serve anyone. The last 3 times I’ve gone there my order wasn’t even close to correct. When you order a combo meal by its number the employees ask you what it is because it doesn’t match what’s inside. This Burger King continues to disappoint repeatedly. Don’t waste your time and money.
Prices are to high for the awful quality of food that I was served. They got my order wrong and customer service was horrible was a waste of money
