This is one of the worst BK restaurants I have ever been to. I come to Oakview mall quite a bit and I walk by here almost every time. First, it seems that the staff actively avoids customers. Most of the time it takes a good 5 minutes before someone wanders out of what I assume to be the break room and seems surprised when 2 or 3 people are waiting in line.
