went to Burger King on Amherst st. no AC. super hot inside. there was water dripping on the floor from the ceiling. slowest moving employees. they have our food to someone else, then when they corrected it they had forgotten our French fries, nuggets and taco we stood there for 20 minutes waiting for our food. it was cold. terrible experience. I'm also pretty sure the guy that took our order quit immediately after.
Service is terrible. The girl could tell I wanted to ensure I didn't forget anything, so rather than repeating back to me my order, I repeated it again to her. Its a no wonder these stores are closing down because these workers are lazy or lack good customer service training because they could care less if the customers order is correct.
after waiting 5 minutes per car I finally got to the menu. The menu is torn apart, held shut by bungie cords but decided I still wanted to order. After 5 minutes of waiting, I hear sorry for the wait, so I start to order and get told it's going to be a bit longer. after a few more minutes I just leave. with 1 car in front of me at the window and such a long wait already, I needed to get to my desiring to on or would be late. This location has gone down hill drastically! Would not recommend going here.

25 minutes in the drivethro, slowest fast food ever
place is dirty, manager put lids and napkins on front counter said she was too busy to put them where they go, so if I needed any I would have to open the packages and get them myself! last time i come here!
Its absolutely disgusting when you see a employee give your two whoppers you asked for then proceed to wipe their nose with their hand and not proceed to change gloves while getting a pair of buns for the next order. Totally unsanitary.
