burnt food, forgetting about orders, cold soggy fries (or chewy because they've been cold and reheated a few times), this place is also rather dirty. some of the employees are nice, some are not. I've triedso many times because it's the closest to where i work, but this really is the worst BK I've ever seen
Placed an order and didn’t receive the ordered items! Missed my double bacon cheeseburger, large halfsies, and the sauces! Ridiculous!!!
I don't know why I bother going here. they mess up my order every other time I go and they say the close at midnight but you can't order anything before they close...?
the old white lady manager will take any excuse to say she can’t make a mobile order lol. She’s done it to me on at least 3 separate occasions now. This time the order was literally sitting right behind her and the other employees had to come get it for her cuz she said it didn’t exist lmao
