Poor quality control. I ordered ham croissant meal with a side of French toast sticks. First they forgot to get my coffee and I had to go wait for them in line to ask for the cup. Second, they gave me jalapeno poppers instead of French toast sticks so I had to wait for them to make a new batch after my order was already 5 minutes old. Third, the ham croissant had a big thumb print in the side, was assembled off center, and the bread was stuck to the paper. Poorly trained, poor quality workforce.
They literally mess up our order every time, either charging us for someone else's food or wrong food ort both. I don't know who's dumber, then for forking it up every time or is for giving them more chances. My personal favorite is when they put the mayo on the outside of the bun. Eff you too BK.
Whopper was pretty good, but everything else was lackluster. When I entered the men's room, it appeared very unclean and I quickly lost my appetite. Overall, I would just recommend you stick to the drive-thru.
It took us 10 minutes to get 3 sausage and egg croissants. Only one other person here that already had their food. And to wait so long for cold food was just ridiculous. We won't be coming back
Burger King has good food at good prices. This particular BK has a great staff, everyone is friendly and efficient, except for the odd newbie employee you get every now and then, but as a whole, they are Great!
I love Burger King... My food is always hot and the sandwiches are great.... :)
