I made an order through the drive-thru. I am a 60 year old woman who is always polite. I was asked if I wanted ketchup or salt to which I politely replied no. The young man took my card. Upon handing it back, he hesitated and held a stare. I smiled and asked "what"? He then acted very strange and he also replied with a tense "what?" Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes with no movement of the line. I proceeded to park and go inside to order my food. The manager was running the register and it took him over 5 minutes to acknowledge I was even there. He told me he would be right with me, and left me standing there for an additional 10 minutes. Got my order wrong and forgot my drink , went inside had to tell them 3 times what I had for them to just laugh while making it!
Two employees were smoking Marijuana out back, the lobby was dirty, customer service was horrible and it's smelt like Marijuana in the lobby as well.
Stephen greeted us amazingly and had the best customer service ! 5 stars just for him.
