Happened to notice the fake reviews lol and figure out you eat at the Courtney location many many times always amazing best fast-food burger joint by far. I had the same items from Nanaimo location 2 times now. Not at all pleased with my most recent experience at Burger Factory. I'd been there a couple of times before and mostly found the food to be "fine". This time, it was really bad. The burger had no flavour, the bun was dry, and it was overall just blah. I had gotten a poutine (in place of regular fries) and it was so weird.
